Terms and Requirements

1. Referring person must be a legal resident age 18 or older. 
2. The referring person is responsible for ensuring the referred person completes an application. PAI may email the person referred one time if no application is received. A completed application must be received within 60 days of the referral submission.
3. PAI must receive the completed referral form (above) before receiving the application from any person you refer for you to qualify for the referral. No exceptions. We will send a confirmation message to your email as provided with the referral. Contact us at paimn@paimn.org if you do not receive confirmation within five (5) days of submitting a referral. 
4. Payment will be in the form of a check that will be mailed to you approximately 30 days after the referred employee completes the required time and other conditions of employment. You will be responsible for paying applicable taxes. We will issue a completed IRS form 1099 to anyone who receives more than $600.00 in contractor compensation in any calendar year. 
5. One referral payment will be made to one qualifying referring person per qualifying applicant/employee. In the case of multiple referrals for the same applicant/employee, the referral payment will go to the person from whom the first qualifying referral was received. 
6. Any misrepresentations about PAI, the job, qualification, or anything else by you, to applicants, will disqualify you from the referral payments, regardless of the number and recipient(s) of the misrepresentations. 
7. You can refer as many qualified applicants as you want. However, we will not accept additional referrals from anyone who refers more than 20 people without an application being submitted by at least one of those people. 
8. Current employees of PAI do not qualify under this program as they are typically eligible for their own referral rewards.
