    Yes! We are looking for people with experience in our field and employees with core skills that can be developed: responsible, dependable, good communicator, works well with others, and able and willing to assist with personal cares.

  • How many hours do I have to work per week before I get benefits such as Paid Time Off (PTO)?

    PAI offers you PTO starting at just 28 hours per week though most of our positions are 33 hours per week.

  • Does PAI hire students or other people that need a flexible schedule?

    Our Substitute positions give you the ultimate in flexibility! You must be at least 18 years old with a High School degree or GED. You must work at least two shifts per month, though you need to work more than this to get started and learn the job. We schedule many shifts at least 2 weeks in advance but also have last minute shifts. So you can plan some shifts in advance and then add more shifts if your time allows!

  • What skills will I develop at PAI?

    We provide paid training in CPR, First Aid and Passing Medications if applicable to your job. All employees will receive regular training to grow their skills and help prepare for advancement.
