Service recipients and their team members are given the access code upon admission and at annual team meetings. Through PAI’s website, we are now able to provide our customers with a portal that provides access to any of the service and protection related policies or maltreatment related reporting policies or procedures. Now that this goal has become a reality, all of PAI’s customers can readily review the policies.
PAI will post a copy of any newly revised policies that would affect recipient services or protections on this website. The notice will include an explanation of the revision and be available for review 30 days prior to the proposed effective date.
Per the Consolidated Standards licensing requirements of Chapter 245D, PAI recipients’ legal representatives and case managers must be notified of any revisions made to service or protection related policies or maltreatment related reporting policies or procedures annually. Our new website allows customers continuous updated access to PAI’s most current policies.
