PAI Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Founded in 1990, PAI helps persons with disabilities become independent and integrate into their communities.

All locations are open for business from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Services are provided 244 days per year.
PAI has licensed programs in Washington and Ramsey Counties; all programs are licensed under the State of Minnesota’s Department of Human Services Statute 245D. Each location’s staff-to-client ratios are is determined in accordance with licensing requirements. Ratios fluctuate throughout the program day, but never exceed licensing requirements. The state makes regular scheduled reviews of each program.
